The positionResponsible for managing project activities in the transition of Brazilian payroll processes and coordinate operations. Tasks and - Collate as well as review payroll input and communicate to payroll vendor (new hires, holiday, sick leave, maternity, salary changes, etc.); - Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports to ensure accuracy; - Ensure all payroll query responses are dealt with in a timely manner, where required follow upwith vendors or escalate to Head of Payroll Latam; - Closely collaborate with payroll vendor, HR BPs and others to achieve high quality service. Requirements - University Degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration or HR. - 4 years + of Payroll Operations experience; - Experience in Brazilian Payroll incl. eSocial; - Working knowledge of payroll best practices; - Fluent Portuguese, written and oral; - Good communication skills; - Experience working with multiple 3 rd party time keeping and/or payroll software systems is required (ADP, Confidencial or other external payroll providers); - Proficient user knowledge of SAP (desirable).
