Provide Options: Offer prospects various follow-up options, such as scheduling an in-person meeting or continuing the conversation via email, to minimize rejection. Let the Conversation Flow: Engage in natural conversations, even if they are not directly about real estate, to build rapport and trust. Be Consistent and Follow Up: Aim to make 50–70 cold calls per day, maintaining consistency and following up diligently to ensure success.
